女企业家人力资本对创业绩效影响的研究——来自中国151个女企业家的案例

摘　　要：女性企业家作为不断壮大的企业家特殊群体正在社会经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。对中国151个女企业家的调查样本进行的实证分析表明,中国女企业家人力资本与创业绩效有很强的正相关性:正相关性最大的影响因素为女企业家的个人特质;其次为女企业家能力;再次为女企业家社会资本;女企业家学历水平与创业绩效之间的正相关程度较低。在不同的专业、管理经验、培训和同行业经验类型分组上,女企业家创业绩效水平有显著差异,但不同学历组的创业绩效无显著差异;女企业家创业成功者较之不成功者具有较高水平的企业家人力资本。Female entrepreneurs as a special group of entrepreneurs are growing and playing an increasing important role. From the frame of theory of human capital in entrepreneur, this article researches the relationship between the human capital of female entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance with the 151 women entrepreneurs from chi- na＇s case. The results show that human capital of female entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance has a strong positive correlation. The biggest factor of positive correlation for women entrepreneurs＇ personal qualities; followed by female entrepreneurs＇ capital; female entrepreneurs＇ social capital is the third factor. Positive correla- tion between the education level of women entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance is lower. The performancelevel of female entrepreneurs has significant differences in different professional, managerial experience, training, and experience in the same industry type grouping, but there is no significant difference in the different academic group of entrepreneurial performance; compared with the loser female entrepreneurs have higher levels of entrepre- neurial human capital.
