摘　　要：目的 :探讨缓退瘤治疗晚期前列腺癌的效果。方法 :行去势手术加口服缓退瘤治疗晚期前列腺癌 1 0例。结果 :生存 8例 ,死亡 2例。生存者转移灶消失 ,原发灶缩小。结论Purpose:To investigate the effect of combined castration and flutamide therapy in patients with advanced prostate cancer.Methods:Castration was performed on 10 patients with advanced prostate cancer,followed by flutamide treatment.And the clinical materials of all 10 patients were reviewed.Results:Follow up of all patients revealed that 8 cases of patients survived with their metastases disappeared and primary tumor shrank.Conclusions:Combined castration and flutamide therapy was effective for advanced prostate cancer.
