摘  要:目的 研究大鼠胃内灌注蛋白胨引起胃粘膜适应性细胞保护作用中胃粘膜血流量的变化。方法 胃内灌注高浓度和低浓度盐酸乙醇 (HCl+EtOH)以及 6 %蛋白胨溶液 ,观察胃粘膜血流量改变在胃粘膜损伤过程中的作用。结果 胃内预先灌注低浓度HCl+EtOH或 6 %蛋白胨后灌注高浓度HCl+EtOH ,胃粘膜血流量适应性增加 ,与单独灌注高浓度HCl+EtOH组相比分别增加 34.2 %和 2 6 .7% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;胃粘膜大体损伤面积比单独高浓度HCl+EtOH组减轻 46 .5 %和 37.4% (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,光镜下损伤深度比单独高浓度HCl+EtOH组减轻 41%和 35 .3 % (P <0 .0 1)。Objective To investigate the role of GMBF in rat intragastric peptone-induced gastric mucosal adaptive cytoprotection.?Methods Hydrogen gas clearance technique was used to measure GMBF and intragastric perfusions with high and low concentration HCl plus ethanol and 6% peptone were performed to study the role of GMBF in gastric mucosal adaptive cytoprotection.?Results Intragastric perfusion with low concentration of HCl plus ethanol and that with 6% peptone prior to high concentration of HCl plus ethanol, increased GMBF,the increase was 34.2% and 26.7% respectively ( P <0.05). The damage area was decreased by 46.5% and 37.4%( P <0.01, P <0.05)and injury depth decreased by 41.0% and 35.3% ( P <0.01), as compared to the results of perfusion with high concentration group alone.?Conclusion An increase of GMBF is involved in the gastric mucosal adaptive cytoprotection induced by intragastric perfusion with peptone.
