医学院校非直属附属医院教学现状分析与发展的探讨

摘　　要：建立非直属附属医院是解决医学院校实践教学资源短缺，实现医学院校与医院互惠互利、共同发展的新形式。如何理顺医学院校与非直属附属医院的关系，最大限度地发挥医学院校的平台作用及非直属附属医院在医学教育方面的效能，并以教学带动医疗工作的发展及提高，实现医学院校与非直属附属医院合作的持续性是目前摆在医学教育工作者面前的重要课题。本文在总结山东省滨州市人民医院与滨州医学院多年院校合作经验的基础上，对非直属附属医院在教学和建设过程中存在的问题进行了阐述，并对医学院校与非直属附属医院的合作与发展提出了建议。It is a new way to establishment of non-directly affiliated hospital of medical college teaching practice in order to solve the shortage of resources, realize common development of the medical college and hospital. It is an important topic to deal with the relationship between medical college and non- directly affiliated hospital for promoting the development of medical education. Based on the cooperation experience of Binzhou People＇ s Hospital in Shandong Province and the Binzhou Medical University for many years, the problems are discussed and the suggestions are orooosed.
