摘　　要：考试合格标准的设定有许多种方法。在医学统一考试中，采用了基于考试内容的对错判断法和区间判断法。为了评价两种方法合格标准设定的差异，本文分析了我国医学统一考试中合格标准设定的结果，总结了基于考试内容的专家判断法应用于实践中的认识，提出了今后的研究方向。There are many methods to setting standards on examination. The test-based judgment methods ： ＂yes/no＂ method, interval method have been used for setting cut score on national medical examination. In order to investigate the effect of the two methods, we analyzed and evaluated the result, summarized our experiences in using test-based judgment methods on standard setting for national medical examination, and proposed future work.
