摘　　要：目的:观察三联抗幽门螺杆菌疗法对成熟型疣状胃炎和未成熟型疣状胃炎的治疗效果。方法:将46例疣状胃炎患者,依据镜下特点分为成熟型和未成熟型两组,给以相同的抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,观察症状和病灶的变化。结果:未成熟组的疗效明显优于成熟组。结论:三联抗幽门螺杆菌疗法可治疗未成熟型疣状胃炎,成熟型疣状胃炎则需要加用内镜下微波等治疗。Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of using anti-H.pylori（Hp） triple therapy in treating mature verrucous gastritis and immature verrucous gastritis.Methods 46 patients with verrucous gastritis were divided into two groups,one suffered from mature verrucous gastritis,the other suffered from immature verrucous gastritis,then observe different Clinical efficacy between two groups in same treatment.Results The efficacy in immature verrucous gastriti group was significantly better than mature verrucous gastritis.Conclusion Anti-H.pylori（Hp） triple therapy was good way to treat patients with immature verrucous gastritis,but to patients with mature verrucous gastritis,it need not only anti-H.pylori（Hp） triple therapy but also endoscopic microwave.
