摘　　要：目的 :检测原癌基因 C- erb B- 2蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)在乳腺导管浸润癌中的表达及意义。方法 :对石蜡切片标本进行免疫组化染色。结果 :C- erb B- 2和 PCNA在乳腺导管浸润癌中阳性率为 74.3%和 68.6% ,二者表达与癌组织大小及分化程度呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5) ,与年龄、雌激素受体水平和生存期呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5)。与淋巴结有无转移无关 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :C- erb B- 2和 PCNA过表达者预后不好、生存期短 ,尤其二者同时表达者预后更差。C- erb B- 2和 PCNA可作为判定乳腺导管浸润癌的恶性程度及预后的有效指标。? Objective:To examine the expressions of C-erbB-2 and PCNA in invasive ductal carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods:Thirty-five cases of paraffin-embedded specimens of invasive ductal carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical study.Results:The positive rates of C-erbB-2 and PCNA were 74.3% and 68.6% respectively.The expressions of C-erbB-2 and PCNA were closely correlated with tumor size and histological grading ( P <0 05);they were negatively correlated with the age,the level of estrogen receptor and the survival ducration ( P <0 05).There was no relationship between C-erbB-2,PCNA expression and lymph node metastases.Conclusion:The results suggest that the over-expressions of C-erbB-2 and PCNA show a poor prognosis and short survial ducration.C-erbB-2 and PCNA may be important markers in reflecting malignant differentiation grading and progenosis of invasive ductal carcinoma. 〔
