浅议组织公民行为视角下的高校学生干部队伍建设——以湖北科技学院为例

摘　　要：对高校学生干部组织公民行为的研究,能够使学校管理层更细致地了解学生干部的状况,更重要的是可以将学校管理效能提高到一个新的层面。通过问卷调研,运用SPSS软件中的方差分析法找出对高校学生干部表现有重要影响的因素,并通过回归分析法剔除了高校学生干部组织公民行为中表现不显著的一个维度即不生事争利,得出对高校学生干部组织公民行为有显著影响的八个因素,并针对这八个因素提出具体的改进措施。By researching the college student leaders organizational citizenship behavior, the school management could be more detailed understanding of the status of student leaders, more importantly, the effectiveness of school management can be improved to a new level. This paper follow by the questionnaire survey, then use the variance analysis in SPSS software to identify the important impact factors, and remove a dimension that is not significant in the performance of college student leaders organizational citizenship behavior by regression analysis. Finally, through this research, find out eight factors that have a significant impact on the college student leaders organizational citizenship behavior, and propose specific measures for improvement.
