摘　　要：运用主成分分析法,通过建立广东省创新型科技人才发展影响因素模型,从定量的角度对创新型科技人才的影响因素进行识别,得出了几点结论:(1)创新型人才的发展不仅受到宏观因素的影响,还受到一些微观因素的影响。(2)宏观因素中主要有科技投入因素、产业因素、环境因素等的影响。(3)微观因素中主要受企业因素和人才自身需求因素的影响。This paper draws some conclusions from the angle of quantitative identification by establishing the model of the influential factors of the innovative scientific and technological talents development of Guangdong province using the Princi- pal Component Analysis （PCA） ： （ 1 ） The development of innovative talents is not only influenced by macro factors, but al- so affected by some micro elements. （2） The macro factors are mainly influenced by government investments in science and technology, industry factors, environmental factors, etc. （ 3 ） The micro factors are mainly influenced by the enterprise and talents ＇ own needs.
