产业生态观视域下产业集群生态化对策探讨——以江苏省南通市为例

摘　　要：产业集群生态化是产业集群演进的必然选择。南通市产业集群的发展还存在着比较严重的生态化问题。运用产业生态学的理论,深入剖析南通市产业集群生态化的现状及问题,从如何改变经营模式、完善产业配套、促进产业整合、提升产业层次、加强人才建设及政府职能转变等六个方面提出南通产业集群生态化的对策建议。Eco -industrial clusters are the inevitable choices of the evolution of industrial clusters. The development of Nantong industrial clusters is facing serious ecological problems. Through the application of industrial ecology theory and the detailed analysis on the ecological status and problems of Nantong industrial clusters, the paper puts forward ecological countermeasures from six aspects including changing the mode of management, improving industrial supporting, promoting the industrial integration, advancing the levels of industrial administration, strengthening the talent construction and the transformation of government functions and so on.
