磁性附着体固位覆盖义齿临床研究进展

摘　　要：磁性附着体是利用磁引力将义齿吸附到基牙或种植体上的一种精密附着体。磁性附着体不仅具有可摘局部义齿的特点,而且还有其本身优势,能显著提高可摘局部义齿的固位力和咀嚼效率,改善修复效果。但在使用过程中也出现了一些问题。本文就磁性附着体的特点及使用时出现的问题做一综述。The magnetic attachment is a precision attachment that utilizes magnetic attraction adsorbed onto abutments or implants. Magnetic attachment not only has the characteristics of removable partial dentures, but also has its own ad- vantages. It can significantly improve retention force and chewing efficiency of the removable partial denture, and serve well; however, there are some prob]ems in its use. In this present paper, we review the characteristics and problems in the use of magnetic attachment.
