摘　　要：[目的]探讨高士宗《本草崇原》的学术思想。[方法]从《本草崇原》一书的历史地位、学术思想、历史局限性等方面对命题分别进行阐述。[结果]《本草崇原》以五运六气阐明药性;倡导格物用药;采诸家之长,敢于析疑纠谬;明辨药物相近与优劣。[结论《]本草崇原》虽有其不足之处,仍是学习《神农本草经》的重要参考书目,是学习中药的必备佳本,对现代中医科研、教学、临床均有重要参考价值。[Objective]To study Gao Shizong＇s academic thought of Ben Cao Chong Yuan.[Method] We write this article from four aspects,which are the book＇s historical status,academic thought,limitations and future influences.[Results]This book clarifies herbs by theory of Five Movements and Six Climates;advocates ＂Ge Wu Zhi Zhi＂ in administrating drugs;adopts former experts＇ experience and doubts and corrects their mistakes;distinguishes drugs with similar looking and good or poor qualities.[Conclusions]Although this book has some shortcomings,it＇s still an important reference book to learn ＂Shen Nong＇s Herbal Classic＂,and also a indispensable tool in learning Chinese pharmacy,all in all,this book has important reference value in modern Chinese medicine research,teaching and clinic.
