黄芪生脉饮合玉屏风散治疗骨科围手术期出汗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察黄芪生脉饮合玉屏风散治疗骨科围手术期出汗的临床疗效。[方法]将纳入研究的60名围手术期出汗患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各30名,对照组给予常规围手术期治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予黄芪生脉饮合玉屏风散,3d为1疗程,若出汗停止则停服;若3d后汗出仍较多,继续服药,直到术后第7d停止用药。观察患者止汗情况。[结果]治疗组中临床治愈16例,有效11例,未愈3例。对照组中临床治愈8例,有效15例,未愈7例。[结论]黄芪生脉饮合玉屏风散治疗骨科围手术期出汗疗效显著,有较好的临床应用价值。[Objective]Observe the clinical curative effects of perioperative period sweating by using the Huangqi ShengmaiYin and Yupingfengsan.[Method] Studying 60 of postoperative sweating patients,they were randomly divided into a experimental group and the control group.Every group had 30 patients.Control group received conventional postoperative treatment,while the experimental group received conventional postoperative treatment ＋Huangqi ShengmaiYin and Yupingfengsan to observe the patients antiperspirant effect.[Result] Treatment group were clinically cured 16 cases,effective in 11 cases,unhealed in 3 cases.In control group there were 8 patients clinically cured,effective in 15 cases,unhealed in 7 cases.[Conclusion] The Huangqi ShengmaiYin and Yupingfengsan have obvious effect on the treatment of postoperative sweating and also have a good clinical application value.
