校企合作下与工业文化对接的高职校园文化建设探索——基于南洋理工学院的思考

摘　　要：国家骨干高职院校的建设特色不仅仅体现在人才培养、专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设等方面，还应该着重体现在校园文化的建设方面。南洋理工学院的校园文化建设丰富而极具内涵，受其启示，探索校企合作背景下工业文化、企业文化与校园文化的无缝对接，寻求一条高职院校校园文化建设的特色之路。The operation features of national key vocational colleges are not only characterized by personnel training, professional development, curriculum development, faculty building and so on, but also by campus culture construction, which is an important component. The campus culture construction of Nanyang Polytechnic has so many connotations. Its inspiration explores the seamless connection of school-enterprise cooperation in the industrial culture, corporate culture and campus culture, seeking a special way of vocational school＇s campus culture construction.
