刺五加配伍栀子治疗老年抑郁障碍的随机双盲对照研究

摘　　要：目的分析刺五加配伍栀子治疗老年抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2010年4月～2012年4月收治的老年抑郁障碍患者76例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组患者使用常规治疗,观察组患者使用刺五加配伍栀子治疗,以6周为1个疗程。比较两组患者的抑郁评分及治疗效果、认知功能评分、活动状态和生活质量评分差异。结果观察组接受治疗后的抑郁评分及治疗效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组接受治疗后的认知功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组接受治疗后的活动状态和生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刺五加配伍栀子治疗老年抑郁障碍可以有效降低患者的抑郁评分,提高治疗效果,改善患者认知功能、活动状态及生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Eleutherococcus Senticosus Extract compatible with Gardenia in the treatment of geriatric depressive disorder.Methods 76 patients with geriatric depressive disorder admitted to and treated by our hospital from April 2010 to April 2012 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group received Eleutherococcus Senticosus Extract compatible with Gardenia treatment,taking 6 weeks as a course.The depression scores,treatment efficacy,cognitive function scores,activity status and life quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the depression score and the treatment efficacy of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group（P 0.05）;after treatment,the cognitive function score of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group（P 0.05）;after treatment,the activity status and the life quality score of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Eleutherococcus Senticosus Extract compatible with Gardenia can effectively reduce the patient＇s depression score,strengthen treatment efficacy,improve the patient＇s cognitive function, activity status and life quality.
