摘 要:在对热轧带钢精轧工作辊磨损影响因素进行分析的基础上,采用"切片法"建立考虑横移影响的轧辊磨损模型,给出磨损模型的参数优化方法。实验验证表明,优化后的模型计算精度得到显著提高,计算偏差的标准差控制在15μm以内,轧辊磨损轮廓形状更加符合实际。采用逐步累计-叠加方法,对一个换辊周期内的轧辊磨损进行数值模拟,发现实施轧辊横移后,轧辊磨损在带钢宽度方向趋于均匀,磨损辊型曲线更加光滑、平缓,消除了轧件边部附近轧辊的局部严重磨损造成的猫耳现象,有利于热连轧机组实施自由程序轧制。On the basis of a detailed analysis of factors influencing the wear of work roll in finishing trains of hot strip mill, a work roll wear model was established which considers work roll shifting and adopts the slice method. The parameter optimization method of roll wear model was presented. The experiments show that the calculation accuracy of the optimized model is improved, the standard devi- ation of the calculated deviation stays in the range of 15μm or less, and the roll wear contour is more in line with actual situation. The evolution of roll wear in a rolling campaign was simulated and analyzed by the step-by-step accumulation method. It is found that work roll shifting can make roll wear uniform in the strip width direction and wear contour smooth, and eliminate severe local cat-ear wear in the roll zone corresponding to the strip ends, which is beneficial to the realization of schedule-free rolling in hot strip mill.
