摘  要:结合轨道不平顺和车辆动态响应的特征量,基于可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性(RAMS)理论,提出高速铁路轨道平顺状态综合评价体系。采用轨道几何不平顺幅值、轨道质量指数(TQI)、轨道几何复合不平顺指标、车体加速度幅值、广义能量指数(GEI)评价轨道平顺状态的可用性。利用带通滤波后轴箱加速度有效值的峰值因子评价道岔、焊接接头、伸缩调接器等轨道短波结构在冲击载荷作用下的可靠性。采用脱轨系数、减载率、轮轴横向力、构架横向加速度的连续多波大值和轨道几何不平顺Ⅲ、Ⅳ级大值指标评价轨道平顺性对车辆安全性的影响。根据分析诊断结果动态掌握轨道平顺状态,并通过状态修减少修复时间,提高轨道平顺的可维修性。该评价体系在联调联试和日常检测中已经开始应用,并发挥了重要作用。A new comprehensive evaluation system based on RAMS,which means reliability,availability,maintainability and safety,is proposed for the analysis of track irregularity status by combining the characteristic quantity of track irregularities and vehicle dynamic response.The availability of the track irregularity is evaluated by the parameters including the amplitude value of track geometric irregularity,track quality index(TQD),composite irregularity index,car-body acceleration amplitude value and generalized energy index(GEI).The RMS peak factor of axle-box acceleration by band-pass filter is introduced for evaluating reliability of track structure under short-wave impact load corresponding to switches and crossings,welded joint and telescopic adjustable connector.The safety effect of track irregularity to vehicle is evaluated by derailment coefficient,load reduction ratio,wheel shaft lateral force,continuous multi-wave maximum of bogie lateral acceleration,track irregularity amplitude value exceeding level three and level four.Based on the analysis on track irregularity status,the condition maintenance will be executed to reduce repair time and improve track irregularity maintainability.The new comprehensive evaluation method has been applied and played an important role in the analysis of high-speed track irregularities during integration test and commissioning as well as daily inspection.
