摘　　要：目的观察细丝蛋白A(FLNa)在结直肠腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测46例结直肠腺癌患者癌组织及正常黏膜组织中FLNa表达水平,并分析其与预后的关系。结果 FLNa在癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于正常黏膜组织。多因素分析显示FLNa是结直肠腺癌患者术后生存的独立影响因素,生存分析提示FLNa表达水平与患者的生存期密切相关。结论 FLNa蛋白在结直肠腺癌组织中呈低表达,与结直肠腺癌发生、发展有关,可作为判断预后的指标之一。Objective To observe the expression of filamin A （FLNa） protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues and its significance, netheds The expression level of FLNa was detected by immunohistochemistry in 46 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and normal mucosa tissues and the relationship between the expression of FLNa and prognosis was investigated. Results The positive rate of FLNa protein was significantly lower in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues than that in the corresponding normal tissues. Multivariate analysis indicated FLNa expression was evaluated as an independent prognostic parameter. Survival analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the expression of FLNa and patients survival period. Conclusion The expression of FLNa was low in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues, which is related to the occurrence and development of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Therefore, it can be used as one of the indicators of prognosis.
