术后胃癌患者不同化疗方案的临床治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同化疗方案治疗术后胃癌患者的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的行胃癌手术患者42例,随机分成两组。FOLFOX组21例,化疗药物为奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶和亚叶酸钙,TPF组21例,化疗药物为紫杉醇、氟尿嘧啶和顺铂。观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应、生活质量及生存时间。结果 FOLFOX组的总有效率为76.2%,明显高于TPF组的42.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FOLFOX组患者神经毒性、血小板减少的比例为61.9%、38.1%,TPF组为28.6%、71.4%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FOLFOX组术后评分增加比例为42.9%,明显高于TPF组的14.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FOLFOX组患者2年、3年生存率为81.0%、71.4%,明显高于TPF组的47.6%、38.1%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FOLFOX方案治疗胃癌有效率较高,不良反应相对较轻,具有一定的优势。Objective To investigate the effect of different chemotherapies for postoperative treatment of gastric cancer patients. Methods Forty-two patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： FOLFOX group and TPF groups. Patients in FOLFOX group （n=21） were treated by oxaliplatin, fluorouracil and leucovorin as chemotherapy drugs, while those in TPF groups （n=21） received paclitaxel, fluorouracil and cisplatin. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, quality of life, and survival time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 76.2% in FOLFOX group and 42.9% in TPF group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The proportions of neurotoxicity, thrombocytopenia were 61.9%, 38.1% in FOLFOX group and 28.6%, 71.4% in TPF groups, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The increased proportion of postoperative score, of FOLFOX group was 42.9%, significantly higher than that in TPF groups （14.3%）, P〈0.05. The 2-year, 3-year survival rate of FOLFOX group was 81.0%, 71.4%, both significantly higher than those of TPF groups （47.6%, 38.1%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion FOLFOX regimen has higher efficiency and lighter adverse reactions, compared with TPF regimen.
