摘 要:目的应用情景模拟方式对护士长进行考试与培训,以提高护士长的管理能力。方法通过建立综合情景模拟实考体系,采取建立考试团队、设定考试场地、收集考试资料、设置考试目标以及考核标准,以病房里出现多点错误,让护士长做出正确的甄别的方式,考核护士长处理这些错误的能力以及处理方法是否准确。结果护理质量管理得分由考核前的86.51分提高到94.89分;患者的满意度由考核前86.51%提高到95.07%;护士满意度由考核前76.7%提高到93.17%。结论护士长情景模拟考试方法能提高护士长的管理能力,可以推广应用。Objective To train and test the head nurses in the pattern of simulation of situational application, in order to enhance their management ability. Methods Simulated examination was applied to test the management ability of the head nurses, through establishing the test system of comprehensive situational simulation, organizing the test team, arranging the testing venue, collecting the relevant materials, setting the goals and criteria of the examina- tion. Head nurses were required to make accurate identification towards several errors of the wards, which aimed at as- sessing their ability of tackling the errors. Results The scores of the management of nursing quality increased from 86.51 to 94.89. The satisfactory rate of patients was improved from 86.51% to 95.07%, and the satisfactory rate of nurses was raised from 76.7% to 93.17%. Conclusion The simulated examination is of great significance to the improvement of the management ability of head nurses, which is highly worth of widespread application.
