摘　　要：【目的】探讨VEGF和VEGFR2在结肠恶性病变中的表达及意义。【方法】采用免疫组化法检测62例结直肠癌和30例正常结直肠组织VEGF和VEGFR2表达水平并比较。【结果】62例结直肠癌组织中VEGF、VEGFR2阳性表达率明显高于正常结直肠组织（P〈0．05）；VEGF和VEGFR2在结直肠癌中的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、远处转移、肿瘤发生部位均无相关性（P〉0．05），与肿瘤浸润深度和淋巴结转移相关（P〈O．05）。VEGF与组织学分化程度呈负相关，分化程度越差，阳性表达率越高；VEGFR2与TNM分期呈正相关（P〈0．05）。【结论】VEGFR2和VEGF是评价结直肠癌恶性程度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移的有价值指标；通过对其进行联合检测，有助于预测结直肠癌患者的浸润、转移情况及预后，指导临床采用合理的治疗方案。[Objective]To explore the expression of VEGF and VEGFR2 in malignant lesions of colon and its significance. [Methods] Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and VEGF2 in 62 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal colorectal tissues. [Results]The expres- sions of VEGF and VEGFR2 in 62 cases of colorectal cancer tissues were obviously higher than those in normal colorectal tissues（ P 〈0.05）. The expressions of VEGF and VEGFR2 in colorectal cancer were not related with patients＇ age, gender, tumor size, distant metastasis and tumor site（ P 〉0.05）, but correlated with the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was negative correlation between VEGF and the degree of histological differentiation. The worse the differentiation degree was, the higher the positive expression rate was. VEGFR2 was positively correlated with TNM stage（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] VEGFR2 and VEGF are the valuable indicators for evaluating the malignant degree of colorectal cancer, clini- cal and pathological stage and lymph node metastasis. The combination detection of VEGF2 and VEGF is help ful to predict colorectal cancer invasion, metastasis and prognosis, and to guide the reasonable treatment schedule in clinical practice.
