消化性溃疡复发相关因素分析及预防对策研究

摘　　要：目的分析消化性溃疡复发的相关因素,并研究其预防对策。方法纳入医院消化科确诊的320例消化性溃疡病例为研究对象,定期进行复查和随访,将其中89例溃疡复发者作为研究组,231例未复发者作为对照组,分析溃疡复发的相关因素。结果 320例消化性溃疡患者中,有89例溃疡复发,复发率为27.8%,与消化性溃疡复发的相关因素包括性别、发病季节、Hp感染、不良饮食习惯、精神因素、服用损伤胃黏膜类药物等。结论消化性溃疡复发是一个多因素共同作用的结果,临床应针对复发相关因素采取相应的预防和治疗措施。Objective To analyze the relapse factors and its control strategy for peptic ulcer patients. Methods All the peptic ulcer patients in the gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were diagnosed and followed up for regular review,89 cases of ulcer relapses were selected as study group,and the other 213 cases were chosen as controls. The ralated factors of ulcer recurrence were analysised retrospectively. Results Among 320 patients with followup,there were 89 cases with recurrence and 231 cases with no recurence. The recurrence rate is 27.8%. The risk factors of relapse are male,spring season, H p infection, poor eating habits of life,mental stress, and drug factor. Conclusion The recurrence of peptic ulcer with a variety of factors,measures related risk factors should be taken to prevent the recurrence of peptic ulcer.
