流浪精神分裂症患者的家庭环境和人格特征研究

摘　　要：【目的】研究流浪精神分裂症患者的家庭环境和人格特征，初步探讨影响流浪行为产生的因素。【方法】采用家庭环境量表（FES-CV）和艾克森人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC）对112例住院流浪精神分裂症患者（研究组）和同期住院的104例非流浪精神分裂症患者（对照组）进行分析。【结果】与对照组比较，研究组FES-CV量表中家庭环境、宗教道德观和组织性得分较低，矛盾性、独立性及控制性得分较高，EPQ-RSC量表精神质和神经质得分较高（P〈0．05）；多因素分析显示：家庭环境中亲密度、矛盾性、独立性、知识性、娱乐性、组织性以及精神质和神经质的人格特征是流浪行为产生的风险因素。【结论】与非流浪精神分裂症患者相比，流浪精神分裂症患者较差的家庭环境和相对缺陷的人格可能是其流浪行为产生的原因之一。[Objective]To study the family environment and personality characteristics of homeless patients with schizophrenia and initially explore the factors influencing the homeless behavior. [Methods]Family environ- ment scale-Chinese version（FES-CV） and Eysenck personality questionnaire-R short scale（EPQ-RSC） were used to analyze 112 homeless patients with schizophrenia（research group） and concurrent 104 none-homeless patients with schizophrenia（control group）. [Results]Compared with the control group, the scores of family environment, religious morality and organization in FES-CV scale were lower and the scores of contradictions, independence and controllability were higher in the research group, and the scores of psychoticism and neuroticism in EPQ-RSC scale were higher in the research group（ P 〈0.05）. Multifactor analysis showed that intimacy, contradiction, inde- pendence, knowledge, entertainment and organization in family environment and personality characteristics such as psychoticism and neuroticism were the risk factors of homeless behavior. [Conclusion]Compared with non-home- less patients with schizophrenia, poor family environment and defective personality characteristic may be the one of the reasons of homeless behavior in homeless patients with schizophrenia.
