护理岗位胜任力模型的研究述评

摘　　要：阐述胜任力、护理胜任力、岗位胜任力等相关概念,综述护理岗位胜任力模型的特点、建模方法以及国内护理岗位胜任力模型的研究现状。提出研究中现存的一些不足,主要为缺乏对岗位胜任力概念的界定、对模型的验证性研究以及应用研究。指出在今后的研究中应明确岗位胜任力的概念、强化对模型的验证性研究及应用。It expounded the related concepts of competency, nursing competency and positions competency, reviewed the characteristics, modeling approach of nursing positions competency, and research status quo of nursing positions competency in abroad and at home. It put forward a number of existing shortcomings in the research, mainly including lack of the definition of position competence concept, validation studies and applied research of the model. And it pointed out that the position competence concept should be defined clearly, the validation studies and application of model validation should be strengthened in future studies.
