摘 要:目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)癌组织中HIF-1α及MMP表达情况。方法选取2010年11月-2012年6月的53例非小细胞肺癌患者为观察组,同期的53例肺部良性病变患者为对照组,将观察组肺癌组织、癌旁组织及对照组良性病灶组织的MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9及HIF-1α以免疫组化技术进行检测。结果观察组MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9及HIF-1α阳性率高于对照组,且肺癌组织阳性率高于癌旁组织,分期较高者高于分期低者,存在转移者高于无转移者,P均<0.05。结论 NSCLC癌组织中HIF-1α及MMP呈现较高的阳性表达率,其对于了解疾病分期及有无转移具有一定的临床意义。Objective To study the expression of HIF-1α and matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) in tissues of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods From November 2010 to June 2012,53 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer were selected as observation group,and 53 cases with pulmonary benign lesions as control group.The levels of MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9 and HIF-1αof cancer tissues and carcinoma tissues in the observation group and benign lesions tissues in the control group were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rates of MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9 and HIF-1α in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the positive rates of cancer tissue were all higher than those of carcinoma tissues,those of higher stage were all higher than those of lower stages,those of patients with metastasis were higher than those without metastasis,all P0.05.Conclusion The positive rate of MMP-1,MMP-2,MMP-9 and HIF-1α in tissues of NSCLC is higher,and it plays an active role for understanding the disease staging and with or without metastasis.
