摘　　要：交通运输企业管理是一门理论性和实践性都很强的课程,企业要求学生不仅应具有扎实的理论功底,更应具备较强的实践能力。随着时代的变化,交通运输企业对应用型人才的能力要求也发生了相应的变化。针对目前交通运输企业对管理人才需求的新趋势,设计出既符合应用型人才培养要求,又满足交通运输企业对管理人才的需求的教学内容。Transportation enterprise management is a theoretical and practical course. Theenterprises require students should have not only a solid theoretical foundation,but also strong practical ability.With the changes of the times,the demands of transportation enterprise for employee ability have changed.In view of the new trend of demands for transportation enterprise,the teaching content has been designed to adapt to the demand of training applied talents and managers for transportation enterprise.
