摘　　要：目的了解脑卒中亲属对康复相关知识知晓现状。方法对甘肃省10家不同级别医院1082名脑卒中患者亲属进行问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷1082份。甘肃省脑卒中亲属对脑卒中康复相关知识的知晓率普遍较低。不同年龄、文化程度、职业的患者亲属,知晓率不同(均P<0.05)。结论甘肃省脑卒中亲属对脑卒中康复相关知识知晓率低。应有针对性地对患者家属进行健康教育。Objective To investigate awareness of relatives about knowledge of rehabilitation for stroke. Methods 1082 relatives of pa- tients with stroke from 10 hospitals in Gansu were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results A total of 1082 questionnaires were returned. The relatives knew some about the stroke rehabilitation. Their awareness of stroke rehabilitation were different with the ages educated levels, and occupations （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the health education for relatives of stroke patients individ- ually about post-stroke rehabilitation.
