摘　　要：市场经济是法制经济,随着市场经济的发展和完善,企业对外经济联系日趋广泛。企业在经营发展中,离不开总法律顾问的事前预防、事中控制和事后补救,更离不开所有法律机构和法律顾问的工作支持,只有全面履行企业总法律顾问制度,才能有效防范和降低企业在生产发展中遇到的各种风险。Market economy is the legal econ^my. With its development and improvement, enterprises have growingly contact- ed with foreign economy. General law eonsuhant is indispensable to the development of enterprises when taking precaution, controlling in pr^gress and taking steps to remedy. Furthermore, law instilute and law eonsuhant are also essential to enterpris- es. Only the enterprise general law eonsuhant, can enterprises prevent and lessen effectively various risks will meet with in de- velopment.
