对中医长夏的考辨

摘　　要：现有中医文献中对长夏的时间定义不统一,并且对四季、五季等概念的划分也存在着不同的说法。为了明确以上问题,查阅了《黄帝内经》(以下均称《内经》)及相关医学、气象学等文献资料,分析了常见长夏划分所存在的问题。认为五时五脏论和五运六气学说有助于解释长夏之时间,并探讨了长夏在中医学中的应用。Since there hasn＇t been any concrete definition of Long Summer in TCM literature, and different views of Four Seasons and the Five Seasons coexist, based on The Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Classic and other medical and meteorological literatures, this article is going to study and analyze the problem of the division of the Long Summer in order to clarify the above issues. We hold the opinion that theories of the Five Seasons and Five Zang Viscera and the Five Movements and Six Climates are helpful to explain the period of the Long Summer. The application of the Long Summer in TCM is discussed as well.
