中老年人肝囊肿、肾囊肿的B超分析

摘　　要：本文分析了1581例中年及老年患者的B超检查资料，以了解肝、肾囊肿在该年龄段的发展情况。结果表明：肝、肾囊肿的检出率在中年期为2．02％，老年期为7．91％，明显高于中年期（P〈0．001）。在老年期各年龄组间的检出率也随年龄的增长而升高（P〈0．05或〈0．01），可见肝囊肿、肾囊肿的检出率随年龄增大而升高。本文肝囊肿、肾囊肿检出率在男性中为7．99％，女性为7．45％，男性与女性之间检出率无明显差异（P〉0．05）。囊肿的分布，肝囊肿较多见，共68例（占54．40％）其中孤立性囊肿25例，多发生性囊肿45例，肾囊肿42例（占j5．60％），以孤立性多见。肝、肾均有囊肿者15例（占12．00％）在肝囊肿患者中合并结石症者I7例（占20．48％），估计肝囊肿的发生与结石有关。this paper analyzed the 1581 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients of B ultrasonic examination data, in order to understand the development of fiver and kidney cyst at the age. The results showed that the liver and kidney cyst detection rate was 2.02% in midlife, old age was 7.91%, significantly higher than the middle age （P 〈 0.001）. Among various age groups in old age the detection rate of rise also increases with the increase of age （P 〈 0.05 or 〈 0.01）, hepatic cyst, the detection rate increased with increment of the age of renal cyst. Liver cysts, renal cyst detection rate was 7.99% in men and women was 7. 45%, the detection rate has no obvious difference between male and female （P 〉 0.05）.Distribution of the cyst, liver cyst more see, a total of 68 cases （54.40%） of isolation, 23 cases of cyst, multiple organic cyst 45 cases, 42 cases （33.60%）, renal cyst in isolation. Cyst of liver and kidney are all in 15 cases （12.00%） in patients with hepatic cyst with calculi disease, 17 cases （20. 48%） and estimate the occurrence of liver cyst associated with stones.
