摘　　要：国有企业改革已经越来越暴露出更深层次的社会问题，成为社会关注的热点。本文从技术创新、企业家机制和国企负担三方面，分析了国企亏损的内在原因，并提出了走出困境的若干对策。Some rather deep social problems have come up in the reform of state-owned enterprises and become the hot spots of the society. From the aspects of technological innovation, enterprises system, and state-owned enterprise burden, this paper analyses the internal cause of the deficits in these enterprises and suggests some countermeasures.
