自拟消溃肠炎散治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟消溃肠炎散治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。[方法]将80例UC患者随机分为2组,对照组采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片4g/d与甲硝唑100ml加地塞米松5mg保留灌肠,治疗组采用自拟消溃肠炎散中药保留灌肠。[结果]总有效率对照组为77.5%,治疗组为97.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟消溃肠炎散保留灌肠治疗UC疗效明显,有促进溃疡愈合的作用。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Xiaokuichangyan powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. [Methods]Eighty cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly devided into two groups. 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine 4g/d＋metronidazole 100 m＋dexamethazone 5rag retention enema,while the therapy group was treated with self-xiaokuichan- gyan powder retention enema. [Results]The effective rate were 77.5% and 97.5% in control group and treatment group, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Self-made Xiaokuichangyan powder retention enema is effective to ulcerative colitis with improvement of ulcer healing.
