摘  要:为了克服传统电缆故障检测方法效率低、故障与异常点查找困难、不能对故障隐患进行早期预测等缺点,设计了基于机器人的地下电缆巡检与故障定位系统,该系统不仅可以发现故障隐患,预防恶性事故的发生,还可以实现对短路、断路等故障的快速、准确的识别和精确定位。侧重介绍了地下电缆巡检与故障定位系统的组成、工作原理、故障检测与定位方法、机器人的选型、温度传感器的选型等内容。工程实践表明,该系具有结构简单、可靠性高、工作稳定、故障处理速度快等优点,可用于通信、航空、航天、工业等多种领域。In order to overcome the defect of traditional cable fault detection method that the efficiency is low, the fault and abnormal point is hard to search and it's impossible to predict the hidden fault early, the system of underground cable periodical inspection and fault diagnosis which is based on robot is been designed. This system can not only find fault and hidden danger to prevent malignant accidents, but also can realize the accurate identification and accurate positioning of the short circuit fault and open fault. The composition and working principle of underground cable periodical inspection and fault diagnosis system, fault detection and localization method of the system, the selection of robot and temperature sensor are introduced. The engineering practice shows that the system has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, stable operation and high speed of fault treatment, can be used for communication, aviation, aerospace, industrial and other fields.
