摘  要:本文阐述了“全人教育”理念的内涵,提出了“全人教育”包含专业素质、文化素质、信息素质、创新能力和国际视野五要素观点;重点讨论了“全人教育”的教学法改革的目标是传授知识、拓展智力、提升能力,具体包括:特性鲜明的教学目标,探索性的教、学方法,共同遵循的教学要求。较详细的给出了探索性教学法的具体实践,具体包括:主导与主体互动法,主动与被动互换法,融会贯通法,主体文化与多元文化并举法。This paper describes the connotation of holistic education and put forwards the idea that holistic education consists of five elements: professional quality, cultural quality, information quality, innovative quality, and international view. It mainly discusses the target of the teaching reform of holistic education, namely, imparting knowledge, cultivating student's intelligence, and improving student's ability. This paper specifically shows that to achieve the goal we should make the teaching goal distinctive in characteristics, explore the teaching and the learning styles, and follow the common teaching requirement. Furthermore, this paper elaborates the spe- cific practice of exploratory teaching method in details, including the interaction between leading and subject, the interchange between the active and the passive, digest method, and the coexistence of host culture and cuIti - culture.
