摘　　要：循证医学以系统查寻、评价、应用同期发生的研究结果作为临床决策的过程 ,是科学证据、现代信息学和临床技能与经验结合的医学新模式。循证医学的出现 ,必将使传统临床医学面临着巨大的挑战 。Evidence based medicine is the process of systematically finding, apprasing, and using contemporaneous research findings as the basis for clinical decision, whose model is to combine the scientific evidence, modern informatics, clinical skills and experience. With the evolving of the modern medicine and the appearance of the evidence based medine, traditional clinical medicine will face great challenge, and the clinician's model of medical practice will transfer from the guidance of theoretical knowledge and individual experience to evidence based medicine.
