桂龙通络胶囊联合泼尼松治疗炎性脱髓鞘疾病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察桂龙通络胶囊联合泼尼松片治疗急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病的临床治疗效果。方法对在2011～2012年入住周口市中心医院的50例炎性脱髓鞘疾病患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组：25例，采用桂龙通络胶囊加上泼尼松片治疗；对照组：25例，采用泼尼松片治疗，治疗周期4个月后比较两组患者在治疗前后的各项功能恢复情况，包括知觉、四肢肌力、日常的生活自理能力以及神经传导变化恢复时间等。结果对两组的各项功能恢复情况进行比较，发现实验组治愈率（92％）高于对照组（76％），其他的各项对照指标明显高于普通组（P〈0．05）。结论采用桂龙通络胶囊加泼尼松片来治疗炎性脱髓鞘疾病的治疗效果明显优于只采用泼尼松片来治疗，为治疗该类疾病提供了方法借鉴。Objective Observe the clinical curative effect of acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy treated with Guilong Tongluo capsule and prednisone tablets. Methods Through a randomized trial for 50 patients who stay in Zhoukou city hospital from 2011 to 2012, 25 patients are in treatment group treated with Guilong Tongluo capsule and prcdnisone tablets and another 25 arc in common group treated only with prednisone tablets. After four months the function recovery of two groups are compared including： ambient awareness, muscle strength, the ability of daily life self-care and the recovery time of nerve conduction. Results The cure rate of treatment group is 92%, but for common group it＇s only 76%. The other indicators of treatment group are apparently higher than common group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The result of treatment effect using Guilong Tongluo capsule with prednisone tablets for inflammatory demyelinating disease is better than it only treated with prednisone tablets providing a model for treatment of this disease.
