摘  要:国家对汽油使用性能指标越来越严格,汽油质量升级、扩大生产、经济效益最大化的要求迫在眉睫。离线配方优化为解决这些问题提供了可能,成为炼油厂挖潜增效的关键手段。随着数学规划理论的日益完善,在先进的全局优化技术和相应的算法支持下,运用数学规划对离线配方优化过程建立模型受到了广泛关注。针对目前汽油调合配方优化过程中存在和需要解决的问题以及数学规划自身的优缺点,阐述了近年来国内外在调合配方优化过程中建立数学规划模型的研究进展及工业应用现状,分析并对比了主要数学模型所解决的调合问题特点、适用范围及优缺点,强调了数学规划发挥的重要作用,凸显了离线配方优化替代人工经验调合的优势,为在线调合提供更多的参考和指导。With stricter gasoline specifications, the requirements on gasoline quality upgrading, production expansion and profit maximization are becoming increasingly urgent. The off-line formulation optimization provides a solution to this issue and becomes a critical means for improving economic benefits of the refineries. The application of mathematical programming has received extensive attention with mature theory and advanced global optimization technique and corresponding algorithm features. In view of gasoline blending characteristics and existing problems, the research development and commercial application and features of mathematical models for optimization of gasoline blending formulation at home and abroad are discussed. The characteristics, scope of application and advantages & disadvantages of main mathematic models for gasoline blending are analyzed and compared in detail. The important role played by mathematical programming was emphasized. The off-line formulation optimization will replace manual blending experience and provide more guidances for on-line blending.
