大学新生入学教育与服务的优化及其提升

摘　　要：当前新生入学在环境适应、学习适应和人际关系适应等方面通常先关注并表达自身能够感受的需求,依次递进不断深化。基于此,新生入学教育与服务工作中,结合数字化校园建设工作,充实并实际运行了数字迎新系统,实现了迎新工作的数字化,全面发放入学指南,实现了信息服务提示的集成化,印发《新生入学适应手册》,实现了心理辅导、学业指导、人文关怀的系统化、超前化,大大优化了教育内容,提升了服务水平。Currently,the new students usually focus on first demand and can express their own feelings on environment adaption,learn adaption,and interpersonal adaptation,etc,and progressive in turn to deepen.Based on this,the freshmen＇s entrance education and service work should combine with the digital campus construction,enrich and actual operate the digital orientation system,realize the digital orientation,comprehensively give out the admission guidelines,realize the integration information service,issue the ＂new students adaption manual＂,implement the systemization and advancement of psychological counseling,academic advising and humanistic care,greatly optimize the education content and improve the service level.
