食管鳞癌中P-P38和VEGF蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P-P38蛋白和VEGF蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中可能的作用。方法:采用微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中P-P38蛋白和VEGF蛋白的表达情况,并与40例正常食管粘膜组织进行比较。结果:食管鳞癌组织中P-P38和VEGF分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞浆,其表达明显高于正常食管粘膜组织(P<0.05)。两者的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及病理分期有关(P<0.05);两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:P-P38和VEGF在食管鳞癌呈高表达,且在食管鳞癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起到一定的作用。Objective： To determine the expression of P-P38 and VEGF in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its signifi-cance.Methods： Of all the 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,40 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected in P-P38 and VEGF by microwave EliVisionTM.Results： The expression of P-P38 and VEGF located in the nucleus and plasma cells.Its expression was higher than the normal tissue（P0.05）.Both of them were related with differentiation degree,lymph nodemetastasis and pathological staging（P0.05）.It was positive correlation between them（P0.05）.Conclusion： P-P38 and VEGF was highly expressed in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its expression was related with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma development and metastasis.
