摘　　要：通过对山东省中小企业走访、问卷调查与统计分析,了解山东省中小企业信息咨询需求及供给现状。高校图书馆可充分发挥自身优势为中小企业提供信息咨询服务。可以从打造信息资源平台、打造技术资源平台、打造人才资源平台三方面建设高校图书馆服务中小企业的信息咨询平台。We understood the status of supply and demand of information consultation service in small and medium- sized enterprises of Shandong Province by means of the interviews and doing questionnaires with them. The result shows that the university library can provide information service for small and medium-sized enterprises in view of its advantages. Meanwhile, the university library can establish the platform of information consultants for small and medium-sized enterprises from constructing the platform of the information resources, the technology resources, and the resources of human talents.
