在高等院校生物医学工程专业开展医院信息系统课程方案探讨

摘　　要：当前,医院信息系统已覆盖现代化医院方方面面的工作流程,为患者、医、护、教、研人员和医院管理者提供全方位分层次的服务,成为医疗改革四梁八柱中的八柱之一。而在当前高等院校特别是医学院校的生物医学工程专业,医院信息系统课程仅仅作为常识普及的科目,而不是设置为深入的成体系的专业课程,可能对生物医学工程专业学生的就业范围造成局限,影响其职业适应力,也不利于医院信息化人才队伍的建设。针对这种现象,介绍了当前医院信息系统的涵盖范围和技术水平,阐明了高等院校生物医学工程专业深入开展医院信息系统专业课的重要性,讨论了教学目标、教学内容,详细介绍了高校与医院合作建立HIS实验室、实地教学和针对专业掌握实际操作技能的教学方法。Nowadays, the hospital information system has covered all aspects of the workflow of modern hospital, it provides a full range of service for patients, doctors, nurse, teaching, research and hospital administrators, and has become one of the eight columns in the four beams and eight columns of the health care reform. However, the hospital information systems coupe is popularized just as common sense in the institutions of higher learning especially the medical schools of biomedical engineering, instead of set into a professional course which is in-depth and systematic. It may constrain the scope of employment of the biomedical engineering students and affect their professional resilience, also be not conducive to the construction of hospital information technology personnel. For the phenomenon, it describes the scope and technical level of the hospital information system, clarifies the importance of colleges and universities biomedical engineering to carry out the hospital information systems professional courses, discusses teaching objectives and teaching content; moreover, it introduces the teaching methods of universities building HIS laboratory with hospitals, scene teaching and acquiring practical skills for professional.
