摘  要:目的研究血清中脂多糖结合蛋白(lipopolysaccharide binding protein,LBP),可溶性CD14(soluble CD14,sCD14)对小鼠体内脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)结合作用的影响。方法 ICR小鼠分组,共5组,分别注射蛋白终浓度均为100ng/ml的LPS与LBP、LPS与sCD14的混合液作为实验组,以及分别单独注射LPS、LBP、sCD14液作为对照组,30min后检测小鼠血清LPS浓度。结果第2组LBP组和第4组sCD14组的LPS检测浓度明显低于第1组、第3组和第5组的结果(P<0.01),第3组LPS与LBP混合组的LPS浓度明显高于第1组LPS组结果(P<0.01)。第5组LPS和sCD14混合组的LPS浓度高于第1组LPS组结果(P<0.05),第3组LPS和LBP混合组的LPS浓度明显高于第5组LPS和sCD14混合组(P<0.01)。结论 100ng/ml外源性LBP比sCD14能更好地结合小鼠体内LPS,减轻了LPS对机体的损害。Objective To investigate the binding effects of lipopolysaccharide binding protein(LBP)and soluble CD14(sCD14) to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in vivo mice. Methods The ICR mice were divided into five groups. Two groups, considered as experimental groups, were injected with a mixture of LPS and LBP, LPS and sCD14, respectively, with final protein concentrations of 100ng/ml. The other three groups served as control groups, injected with LPS, LBP and sCD14, respectively. Concentration of serum LPS in mice were detected after 30min. Results Concentrations of LPS in group 2 (LBP group) and group 4 (sCD14 group) were significantly lower than that of group 1, 3 and 5 (P 〈 0.01 ). LPS concentration in group 3 ( mixed group of LPS and LBP) was significantly higher than that of group 1 ( LPS group) ( Z = - 4.83,P 〈 0.01 ). The LPS concentration in group 5 ( mixed group of LPS and sCD14) was higher than that in group 1 (LPS group) (Z = -2.49,P 〈0.05), and the concentration in group 3 (mixed group of LPS and LBP) was higher than that of group 5 ( mixed group of LPS and sCD14) ( Z = - 4.03,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Exogenous LBP with the concentration of 100ng/ml is able to bind LPS in vivo mice better than sCD14, and therefore alleviate the damage of LPS to body.
