高压氧对孤独症儿童的干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧干预对孤独症儿童的行为和家庭环境的影响，评价高压氧治疗对孤独症儿童的疗效。方法遴选68名在青岛大学医学院附属医院儿童保健科门诊就诊的孤独症儿童，经患儿家长知情同意后分为2组：高压氧结合康复训练组（高压氧组）和单纯康复训练组（对照组）。采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表和家庭环境量表中文版评价孤独症儿童的行为特点及家庭特征，研究高压氧干预对孤独症儿童的疗效。结果高压氧组与对照组比较，治疗后行为检查量表（ABC）总分、交往、生活自理因子得分降低（分别为54．23±14．63、63．42±20．15，t=-2．031，P=0．047；13．07±4．98、16．23±6．19，t-2．190，P=0．032；10．104-4．18、13．874-5．08，t=-3．161，P=0．002）差异有统计学意义；家庭环境方面亲密度和情感表达得分增高（分别为7．90±0．662、7．19±1．62，t=2．215，P=0．031；5．97±1．35、5．06±1．46，t=2．503，尸=0．015），差异有统计学意义。结论高压氧结合康复训练治疗孤独症儿童较单纯康复训练疗效好。Objective To observe the effect of HBO intervention and family environment on the behavior of children with autism, and also to evaluate the therapeutic effect of HBO on autism in children. Methods A total of 68 children with autism were chosen from the outpatient of Child Health Care Department affiliated to the hospital of Medical Collage, Qingdao University. The child patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the HBO combined with rehabilitation training group and the simple rehabilitation training group. Autism behavior checklist （ ABC ） and Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version （ FES-CV ） were used to assess behavior characteristics of children with autism and their family environment characteristics, so as to investigate the therapeutic effect of HBO intervention on autism in children. Results When compared with the control group, the total scores of ABC and the scores of communication and independent living for the patients in the HBO combined with rehabilitation training group were lower, with statistical differences between them （54.23 ± 14.63 vs 63.42 ±20.15, t =-2. 031 P =0. 047; 13.07 ±4.98 vs 16.23 ±6.19, t =-2. 190 P = 0. 032 ; 10.10± 4, 18 vs 13.87 ± 5.08, t = -3. 161 P = 0. 002 ）. The scores for intimacy between family folks and the expression of emotion for patients in the HBO combined with rehabilitation training group were higher than those of the simple rehabilitation training group, and statistical differences could be noted between them （7.90 ＋0.66 vs 7.19 ± 1.62, t =2. 215 P =0. 031; 5.97 ± 1.35 vs 5.06 ± 1.46, t =2. 503 P =0.015）. Conclusions HBO combined with rehabilitation training could produce better effect on children with autism, when compared with simple rehabilitation training.
