摘  要:为确诊近两年造成毛皮动物(狐狸、貉子、水貂)死亡的主要细菌性病原,本研究在流行病学调查基础上,对新鲜病死毛皮动物进行临床症状观察、病理学检查,同时取病变肝、肺、气管为样品分离纯化细菌,对所分离的细菌进行形态特征、理化特性检查及药敏试验、致病性试验和16S rRNA基因的分子鉴定。结果显示,从剖检病死毛皮动物的肺、肝、气管组织等均检出同种细菌,分离菌株对菌必治和舒巴坦高度敏感,对小白鼠具有较强致病作用,与已知的肺炎克雷伯氏菌16S rRNA序列的同源性为98.6%~100%。综合分析,该分离菌株为克雷伯氏菌属的肺炎克雷伯氏菌。This study focused on identification of the main bacterial pathogens which caused the death of fur-bearing animals (raccoon dog, fox, mink) in the last two years. The fresh samples were examined by clinical analysis and pathology observation on the basis of epidemiological investigation to identify the main pathogen. Meanwhile, pathogenic bacteria were isolated and purified from lesion tissues in liver, lung and trachea. The bacteria were identified by drug susceptibility test, pathogenicity test, the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics examination as well as 16S rRNA sequencing. The results showed that the isolates were not only highly sensitive to ceftriaxone and sulbactam, but also had strong pathogenicity to mice. Forthermore, they were also proved to have high similarity (98.6% to 100% ) with the 16S rRNA gene of Klebsiella Dneumoniae. From a comt3rehensive analysis, the bacteria were identified to be K.oneumoniae of Klebsiella generic.
