摘 要:目的探讨依据视觉诱发电位检查出的敏感空间频率对弱视进行视觉刺激治疗的有效性。方法对100例(123只眼)弱视患儿进行弱视治疗,分为两组比较治疗效果。实验组:50例(60只眼)VEP检查出最敏感的空间频率,选择该敏感空间频率进行视觉刺激治疗。对照组:50例(63只眼)进行常规视觉刺激治疗。结果实验组治疗后47只眼视力提高≥2行,有效率78.33%,对照组38只眼视力提高≥2行,有效率60.31%,两组治疗差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论应用VEP检查出弱视患者的敏感空间频率,指导视觉刺激治疗,能有效提高治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the effective of sensitive spatial frequency tested by visual evoked potential (VEP) using in visual stimulation of amblyopia treatment. Methods 100 (123 eyes) cases of amblyopia were divided into tow groups and the results of treatment were compared. Experimental group: 50 cases (60 eyes) were tested by VEP to find the sensitive spatial frequency which was used to the visual stimulation treatment of amblyopia. Control group: randomly selected 50 (63 eyes) children with amblyopia were treated by using conventional visual stimulation treatment. Results Vision were improved in 47 eyes (78.33%) in experimental group and 38 eyes (60.31%) in control group, there was significant differences, P 〈0.05. Conclusions The sensitive spatial frequency tested by VEP can be used to improve the therapeutic effect of amblyopia.
