摘 要:目的:建立同时测定水中DMP、DEP、DIBP、DBP、BBP、DBEP、DEHP 7种邻苯二甲酸酯的检测方法,并用于水源水及生活饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯的污染监测。方法:水样经C18小柱萃取富集,GC-MS检测,以SCAN模式定性,SIM模式外标法定量。结果:7种目标化合物在0.01 mg/L~10.0 mg/L试验浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数均在0.9985以上,方法最低检测质量浓度在1.5 ng/L~9.4 ng/L范围,方法平均回收率在84.0%~114.2%,RSD均小于5%。结论:该法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于实际水源及饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的监测。Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of seven phthalates in water by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS). Methods: The water samples were extracted by acetic ether and dichloromethane, seperation and detection were performed by GC - MS. Qualitative analysis was carried out with SCAN mode, and quantitative analysis was done by external standard method under SIM mode. Results: The linear correlation coefficients of seven phthalates in the range of 0.01 mg/L - 10.0 mg/L were all over 0. 9985. The lowest detection limit of the method was between 1.5 ng/L - 9.4 ng/L, and the recoveries ranged from 84.0% to 114.2%. Relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 5%. Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive and accurate, it is suitable for the determination of the phthalates compounds in source water and drinking water.
