摘  要:目的:建立大米中36种有机磷农药的无净化GC/MS/MS测定方法。方法:采用液-液萃取技术,对大米中36种有机磷类农药进行提取,无需净化,直接进样分析。结果:根据不同农药,本法检出限在0.001μg/kg~3.5μg/kg之间,方法定量下限在0.004μg/kg~10μg/kg之间,本法精密度RSD均<15%(除乐果之外),回收率在88.3%~108.3%。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏、结果可靠。Objective:To establish a gas chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of residues of 36 organophosphorus pesticides in rice without purification. Methods: The organophosphorus pesticides in rice samples were extracted with liquid - liquid extraction, and then analyzed without purification. Results : The detection limits were 0. 001 p^g/kg - 3.5 Ixg/kg, the limits of quantification were between 0. 004 μg/kg 10 μg/kg. The spiked recoveries were 88.33% - 108.33%, the precision(RSD% ) were less than 15% ( except dimethoate). Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
