摘 要:目的:建立禽蛋类食品中苏丹红(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)的超高效液相色谱快速检测方法。方法:采用Xterra BEH C18(2.1×50 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱分离,乙腈-水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,PDA二极管阵列检测器。结果:苏丹红(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)在0.10μg/ml~5.0μg/ml时,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999),苏丹红(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)检出限均为0.010 mg/kg,加标回收率在92.4%~99.0%之间,相对标准偏差RSD在0.63%~1.83%之间。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于禽蛋类食品中苏丹红(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ)含量的测定。Objective:A method has been established for the simultaneous determination of Sudan Red (Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ) in egg products by UPLC. Methods: The target analytes were separated on a Xterra BEH C18 (2.1 × 50 mm,1.7μm) with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase for gradient elution, then detected by PDA. Results: When the Sudan Red was at 0.10 μg/ml -5.0 μg/ml , the perfect linearity between concentration and peak area ra- tio was obtained(r = 0. 9999). The detection limit of glutathione was 0. 010 mg/kg, the standard recovery was be- tween 92.4% ~ 99.0% by adding standard to sample solution and the RSD for the within - run precision was be- tween 0.63% - 1.83%. Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid and accurate,so it can be used for the determi- nation of Sudan Red ( Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ ) in egg products.
