摘 要:目的:确定了一种简单有效的准确测定维生素A及维生素E异构体的方法。方法:样品经皂化萃取后,用C30柱分离,以乙醇-异丙醇-水为流动相,在波长325 nm检测维生素A,295 nm检测维生素E。采用外标法对视黄醇乙酸酯、α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚进行定量分析。结果:各组分线性关系良好,精密度较高,标准皂化回收率和样品加标回收率较高。结论:该方法简便准确,适合于奶粉维生素A和维生素E异构体的定量分析。Objective:To identify a simple and effective method for accurate determination of the vitamin A and vitamin E isomers. Methods: The sample was separated on the Carbon-30 column followed by saponification and extraction. The mobile phase consisted of Ethanol, isopropanol and water. The vitamin A was detected at a wavelength of 325 nm, ritamin E at 295 nm. The retinol acetate, α - tocopherol, β - tocopherol, γ- tocopherol, δ - to- copherol were identified and calculated with external standard method. Results: The correlation coefficients were good, the method suggested the high degree of precision, stability and the repeatability, and the standard saponification recoveries and spiked recoveries. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, suitable for quantitative analysis of the vitamin A and vitamin E isomers in milk powder.
