摘 要:目的:探讨引起老年期精神分裂症患者早期肾损伤的危险因素。方法:选择老年期精神分裂症住院患者168例作为实验组,同期养老院中的老人100例作为对照组,同时检测β2-微球蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、血糖、总胆固醇、尿素氮和肌酐。结果:实验组β2-MG,RBP、Cr均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。β2-MG+RBP联合检测的特异度和准确度高于其他单项检测(P<0.01)。高胆固醇、高血压、高空腹血糖以及服用抗精神病药物是老年期精神分裂症患者早期肾功能损害的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年期精神分裂症患者早期肾功能损害与高胆固醇、高血压、高空腹血糖以及服用抗精神病药物相关,β2-MG+RBP联合检测可以提高早期肾功能受损的确诊率。Objective :To explore the risky factors leading to early renal injury in senile schizophrenia patients. Methods: One hundred and sixtyeight senile schizophrenia cases as experimental group and one hundred senile people in nursing home at the corresponding period as control group were involved in this exploration to examine the levels of β2 - microspheres protein, retinol binding protein, blood sugar, total cholesterol, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. Results: The contents of β2 - MG, RBP and Cr in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0.05 ), and the β2 - MG + RBP joint detection had better specificity and accuracy than those of each single detection ( P 〈 0.01 ). High cholesterol, hypertension, high fasting glucose and oral antipsychotics were the risky factors in early renal injury of senile schizophrenia patients (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Early renal in- jury had close relationship with high cholesterol, hypertension, high fasting glucose and oral antipsychotics in senile schizophrenia patients. β2 - MG + RBP joint detection can improve the diagnosis rate of early renal injury in senile schizophrenia patients.
